Cancellation & Refund Policy

At our property, we have a strict cancellation and refund policy due to our limited number of rooms. Please review the details below before booking to avoid any misunderstandings.

Cancellation Policy.

48-hour notice is required before the arrival date for cancellations.
Reservations for a minimum of 2 nights are non-refundable and will be charged 100% in case of cancellation or no-show.
If you book for 3 nights or more, and cancel upon check-in, you will be charged 100% for the first two nights and 50% for the remaining nights.

Rescheduling:

A one-time rescheduling fee of $10 applies to any changes made by us to an existing reservation.

Refund Policy:

No refunds are provided except in the case of a natural disaster (e.g., a major hurricane that requires evacuation).
If you choose to shorten your stay, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a 50% refund on the remaining nights. No exceptions.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (early check-in may be available).
Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp.
Late check-out will result in additional charges.
No baggage storage is available after check-out due to limited space and new guest arrivals.

Payment & Property Policies

Full payment is required upon arrival and can be made via cash or credit card.
Taxes not included – a 9% occupancy tax applies per room per night.
No unauthorized or unregistered guests are allowed on the property.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Absolutely No Laundry is permitted to be done on property.
