Cancellation & Refund Policy

At our property, we have a strict cancellation and refund policy due to our limited number of rooms. Please review the details below before booking to avoid any misunderstandings.

Cancellation Policy.
  • 48-hour notice is required before the arrival date for cancellations.
  • Reservations for a minimum of 2 nights are non-refundable and will be charged 100% in case of cancellation or no-show.
  • If you book for 3 nights or more, and cancel upon check-in, you will be charged 100% for the first two nights and 50% for the remaining nights.
Rescheduling:

one-time rescheduling fee of $10 applies to any changes made by us to an existing reservation.

Refund Policy:
  • No refunds are provided except in the case of a natural disaster (e.g., a major hurricane that requires evacuation).
  • If you choose to shorten your stay, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a 50% refund on the remaining nights. No exceptions.
Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (early check-in may be available).
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp.
  • Late check-out will result in additional charges.
  • No baggage storage is available after check-out due to limited space and new guest arrivals.
Payment & Property Policies
  • Full payment is required upon arrival and can be made via cash or credit card.
  • Taxes not included – a 9% occupancy tax applies per room per night.
  • No unauthorized or unregistered guests are allowed on the property.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • Absolutely No Laundry is permitted to be done on property.
